A modern bright space in the middle of the spanish nightlife iconic city
In the heart of Alicante, near the port, Mariano decided to transform a large empty space into a design-driven apartment with MMF-2015, and the result is a creative, light-filled space, lit by the Spanish sun.
In a space measuring 300 square metres, planning creativity enjoyed free reign, and MMF-2015 design was a fundamental partner for the creation of an entirely unique space. In the vast open-plan space dedicated to music and conviviality, white is the dominant colour, lending a sense of peace and harmony to the apartment. The MMF-2015 furnishings inserted into this space contrast with the absence of colour on the walls, but are in perfect harmony with the setting. The yellow Air sofa and small Air table in light Wildwood oak are perfect for long chats while sipping a glass of wine and listening to the soft sounds of the piano. To the side, the Huggy armchair in colourful patchwork fabric add a hint of folk art and tradition.
In the kitchen, the dominant colours are black and white. The 36e8 island kitchen, which almost seems suspended in the air thanks to its transparent glass legs, is the fulcrum of the room and also lends itself to use as a convenient table, surrounded by soft felt Steps chairs. In the background, a N.O.W. pantry fills the space as if it were a wall.
On the upper floor, the suspended Fluttua bed in the bedroom floats in the pure white space, and a colourful Huggy armchair for unexpected guests lights up the room and gives it a touch of uniqueness.
