REGULATION OF PRIZE EVENTS AND PUBLICITY MATERIAL: “LIFE ALL AROUND”
Article 1 – Identifying details regarding the promoter
The company MMF-2015 S.p.A., located in Villa del Conte (Padua), via dell’Artigianato II n. 21, Fiscal Code and VAT identification number 015083402286, has launched an event.
Article 2 – Registered name of the event
The registered name of the prize Event is LIFE ALL AROUND (henceforth, for brevity, “Event”).
Article 3 – Territory
The prize Event will take place across the national territory.
Article 4 – Duration
The Event will take place from 1st June 2017 (launch date) until 31st August 2017 (termination date).
Aticle 5 – Aim or promotional products
The prize Event will have the aim of improving the diffusion and awareness of the MMF-2015 brand as well as the products promoted (henceforth “Promotional products”).
A. Lago products suitable for furnishing two or more areas of the whole home (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, small bedrooms) with the MMF-2015 brand for a purchase price of between 20,000 (twenty-thousand/00) and 30,000 (thirty-thousand/00) euros according to the price list in force since 01/01/2017. Electric appliances for the sale of the kitchen are excluded from the value calculation. The prices refer to the Lago catalogue in force from 1st January 2017.
B. Lago products suitable for furnishing two or more areas of the whole home (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, small bedroom) with the MMF-2015 brand for a purchase price of more than 30,000 (thirty-thousand/00) euros according to the price list in force since 01/01/2017. Electric appliances for the sale of the kitchen are excluded from the value calculation. The prices refer to the Lago catalogue in force from 1st January 2017.
Article 6 – Recipients of prizes
Final end consumers of full age (henceforth, for brevity, “Consumer”).
Article 7 – Nature and value of prizes
A. Sale of two or more areas of the whole house with the MMF-2015 brand of a purchase value of between 20,000 (twenty-thousand/00) and 30,000 (thirty-thousand/00) euros, as set out in article 5 of the Regulation, the Consumer will receive as a prize a latest generation Philips television with the following characteristics:

for an indicative value of 450 euros (four hundred and fifty/00), including VAT, and for an indicative overall jackpot of 8,640 euros (eight thousand, six hundred and forty/00), including VAT.
B. Sale of two or more areas of the complete house with the MMF-2015 brand of a purchase value of more than 30,000 euro (three thousand/00), as set out in article 5 of the Regulation, the Consumer will receive as a prize a latest generation Philips television with the following characteristics:

RRP 770 €
for an indicative total value of 770 euro (seven hundred and seventy/00), including VAT, and for an indicative total jackpot of 5,544 euros (five thousand, five hundred and forty four), including VAT.
The total jackpot (A+B) is equal to 14,184 euro (fourteen thousand, one hundred and eighty four), including VAT, subject to change at the end of the event.
Article 8 – Mode of participation
All those who acquire Promotional products according to article 5 of this Regulation during the period 1st June 2017 – 31st August 2017 may participate.
The Consumer must visit the website mmf-2015.info and register on the area dedicated to the LIFE ALL AROUND event. Once the Form has been completed, the system will generate a free code. This must be used at one of the sale points participating in the initiative at the time of acquisition.
The vendor will insert the code received from the Consumer during the sale to MMF-2015 Spa and confirm the order before and not after 15th September 2017. Orders confirmed after this date will be considered invalid.
For complete activation of the awards scheme, every Sales order must carry the confirmation code.
Article 9 – Receipt of prizes
The Consumer will be able to collect their prize from the Vendor where they completed their Purchase order within and not later than 60 (sixty) days from the date of delivery of the furniture, failing which the benefit shall be lost.
It will be the responsibility of the relevant Vendor to give suitable communication to the Consumer regarding the collection.
Article 10 – Details pertaining to the consumer
In order to participate in the promotion, the consumer must complete the registration form in full, inserting current and correct details; details that are incomplete, incorrect or are not directly attributable to the consumer will result in the automatic voiding of their right to receive the prize.
Article 11 – Unambiguity of the promotional code
Every promotional code will be uniquely associated with one purchase order.
Article 12 – Publicity of the regulation
The regulation can be viewed online at mmf-2015.info in the dedicated section.
Article 13 – Treatment of personal details
The details of participants will be gathered in a database for processing, for the assignment of prizes, for publicity aims, for direct marketing activities, newsletters and market research or other sample research and to receive – via automated means including emails, telefax, messages including MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) or SMS (Short Message Service), push notifications and other kinds of notifications, as well as via telephone and post – informative materials, materials for satisfaction surveys, promotional, commercial or publicity materials or materials relating to events and initiatives, from the promoter, in full compliance with the Legislative Decree of 30th June 2003, n. 196 “Code regarding the protection of personal data”. Data will be handled both automatically and manually, with means and tools to guarantee maximum security and confidentiality, in compliance with the relevant legislative decree.
The Consumer can assert their rights as expressed in art. 7, 8, 9 and 10 of the Legislative Decree of 30th June 2003 n. 196 and subsequent amendments and additions, addressing the incumbent, Lago S.p.A., in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, located in Via dell’Artigianato II, n. 21, Italy – Fiscal Code/ VAT identification number 015083402286 – Fax (+39) 049 599 4191 – email: [email protected]
Participation in the Event implies acceptance of the handling of personal details for the purposes of this Event and for information and marketing purposes.
